I. Overview
On July 14, 2023, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released the Public Notice on the Fifth Batch of Provincial "Little Giant" Enterprises and the Second Batch of Revalidated "Little Giant" Enterprises, in which Tonyshare (Suzhou) Electronic Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was listed as a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise (fifth batch). As of the date of this announcement, the public notice period has concluded.

In accordance with the Interim Measures for the Graded Cultivation and Management of High-Quality SMEs (MIIT Enterprise [2022] No. 63), companies that have passed the public notice without objections will be officially certified as "Little Giant" enterprises by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).

II. Impact on the Company
This recognition as a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise reflects the MIIT's acknowledgment of the Company's continuous innovation capabilities and specialized development strategy. It will further enhance the Company's core competitiveness, industry influence, and brand value in its core business and niche markets.
